MISSION & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Anglicare
Bushfire Recovery

Supporting local communities to recover and rebuild.

Thousands of people across our region are affected by the devastating bushfires experienced the summer of 2020.

Our Bushfire Recovery services work in partnership with the local community to help individuals and families heal, recover and rebuild.

We continue to work in bushfire-affected communities to ensure people receive the support they need to recover and rebuild.
The work that we’re undertaking has been made possible by funding from DSS and generous donations from community members and organisations around Australia. Our team is working with individuals, businesses and community groups in various ways to support recovery efforts.
Anglicare Bushfire Recovery Assistance is available for FREE to people in the following areas:
  • Eurobodalla Shire (South from Bateman’s Bay)
  • Bega Valley Shire
  • Queanbeyan-Palerang
  • Snowy Valleys
  • Snowy Monaro
