
Developed specifically for 12-17 year old youth Starting F.R.E.S.H aims to give young people the opportunity to start their day the right way. Enabling each individual the skills to develop positive routines and take ownership of their daily choices.
Using fitness and physical exercise as the key tool, young people in the program will also build respect, ownership, a positive mindset, goal setting and health to create opportunities for a positive future.
Promoting positive mental health is at the core of our approach. It also involves building a supportive and positive environment that support mental health and allow young people maintain healthy habits.
The program is working in partnership with three local High Schools in Wagga Wagga and the Indie school (alternate education), who identify young people who may benefit from additional support.
